Parents Just Don't Understand by Will Smith

It has been quite a while since my last real post. I have been crazy busy, being unemployed and all. I am currently living in Bakersfield until the beginning of July when Nat and I move to Pasadena. We found a great cottage in Altadena. It's adorable. I am making a trip back down there next week to check out one more place, but I am pretty sure we will be taking the cottage.

I have been writing a lot. So far, mostly thank you notes and graduation announcements, but I have gotten a pretty good start on a script for one of the writing fellowships I am applying for. In the meantime, I have just been chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool... sorry, I am watching Fresh Prince on Nick at Night. In all seriousness though, I have been able to hang out with friends and catch up with family lately and it has been great. I forgot how much I have missed by Bakersfield friends. But now I miss my Scripps friends. I still don't think that graduation has hit me yet. I feel like I am on summer break and I will be seeing everyone again in a few months. I wonder when it will hit me that I'm never going back? AHHH Can't think about that!!!

Anyway, I do not have too much else to post about at the moment. The beauty of doing nothing but writing and going to the gym. Yay. I will definitely post if I have a deep thought or something exciting happens. I do not expect either anytime soon. ;)

Addendum to the previous post

I love that no one commented on the fact that in the last post I said, "since I officially a college graduate." And I got my degree in English, no less. :) Go me!
